Stop taking life so serious because we are not getting out alive 

People worry over everything. They worry about the what people think of them or if they gained a few pounds. Sometimes, they even struggle writing a simple email.

People take everything too seriously especially themselves. That’s what makes them scared and hurt much of the time. Life can be too serious to take it seriously.

Seriousness happens when we see everything based on our abilities, values, and ethics. When your in doubt, question if you’re trying to prove yourself. We all have responsibilities and goals to achieve.

Seriousness should depend on the situation. You’re the best person to judge the weight of every problem or obstacle you need to overcome. When you take things to serious, it leads to a narrow vision of what really is worth your time and attention.

You can become less productive and nervous about one thing. Your likely to misjudge other people’s reaction when your too serious about everything.

A serious attitude makes it difficult to connect with other people. When you begin to stop taking everything so seriously, you make genuine connections. These connections can have a positive influence on your life. A relaxed personality is not an indication that your irresponsible.

The problem with taking ourselves too seriously is that we are always looking for approval. Fear of rejection stops us from living our best life. We allow people to become our judges.

The fear of ridicule makes us overthink everything. Our need for worthiness, pleasing, and perfecting consumes us. When you look at the world as a stage, you become an actor who needs to always perform to please. This mindset can make the rest of your life miserable-your always having to perform.

People who take things too seriously are perfectionists and can’t tolerate or deal with their own imperfections and vulnerabilities.

Stress and worry are not the way to deal with life’s challenges. While you’re busy worrying about everything, you miss out on the little things that matter. You miss the moments that can make you happy and fulfilled in life. You miss out on connecting with people on a much deeper level.

Imagine a world where everybody prioritized self-care and their own well-being first before stressing about everything wrong in their life. The sun will still rise and go down everyday. The sky isn’t falling either.

Take a look at your life for example. You’re changing each day and year but too busy stressing about everything to notice or enjoy the process. All that worrying isn’t worth your sanity. Stop taking everything so seriously and savor every moment in your life. Go for what you want and have fun doing it. Take time to build and improve your career. Budget your money but don’t stress about every penny you spend on coffee or tea. Spend time with family, friends, and colleagues without worrying about what they think of you.

The truth is that nobody is judging you or thinking about you as much as you are. Relax and enjoy life more.

Your sanity returns once you focus on what’s at hand, give it your best and keep moving. You need to appreciate the journey in life as much as the destination. Nobody is perfect. Nobody has all the answers. I make the most of every day.

Just live! Learn to live a life looking forward to today’s opportunities. give it your very best, and keep moving. Appreciate your journey in life as much as the destination you seek. No one is perfect or has all the answers. I don’t but I make the most of every day.

Sometimes things seem like a big deal from our little place of existence. Everything happening in your life can seem monumental and stress you out. When life becomes to serious, you stop living. Don’t drive yourself crazy with all the things that have to be done. Be conscious of what you tell yourself so you can start appreciating what you get to do.

When you bubble up inside and are too serious, you can ask yourself these questions to keep things into perspective:

Is it worth getting upset over?

Is this really that important right now?

Is the situation beyond repair?

Is this my problem to begin with?

 

These can help you calm down, relax, and focus on getting over the obstacle. It can help you find a quick solution and move on. You don’t have control over everything. There is nothing you can control but right at this moment and your availability to it.

End this mad cycle by committing to a brighter and lighter version of yourself. Laugh more, surround yourself with funny people, turn the news off!

Learn to be okay with being vulnerable. If you learn how to lighten up your life, you can stop being too serious and spend more time enjoying life! Things wont always be easy but, life is still good so laugh, be cheerful, be open, and most of all be free!

We are not getting out of this life alive so Just Live!
